We understand there may be concerns regarding recent discussions about university verification methods for South Korea. This notice aims to give you clear and direct information.

If you have received or are applying for an NOC for a university verified through the KAVE system, here is the current status:

• ✅ NOCs for these universities are still being approved.

• ✅ Already issued NOCs remain 100% valid for departure.

• ✅ You can proceed with confidence in your visa and travel preparations.

Why is this being discussed?

South Korea uses two official verification bodies (KCUE and KAVE). The absence of the KAVE route in a recent Nepal MoE notice has led to diplomatic discussions. However, this has not halted the NOC process for affected universities.
